Interim Business Analyst
6 Months
We require an Interim Business Analyst to perform business process analysis across a wide variety of public services. Requiring the ability to liaise with and understand many different professions, to analyse, develop and map processes and support their implementation. You will be a skilled communicator and be in possession of strong problem-solving abilities. Your day to day responsibility will be working across a large change programme and will include;

You will analyse, map and implement end-to-end business processes, perform activity and volumetric analysis to feed into compelling business cases for change.

Co-ordinate customer journey mapping across diverse and complex county council processes, in order to improve the customer experience and make best use of resources, assess the viability of organisational design based on operational fit and financial constraints.

Articulate and document a compelling business case for organisational change, complete with financial and non-financial benefits, fully support project and programme management activities such as planning, monitoring and control and stakeholder and communications management.
You will have:

Degree or equivalent plus LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt qualification

Knowledge of / experience of applying relevant ISO standards

PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification

Business Process Improvement experience using industry standard techniques

Business analysis of end-to-end customer journeys through separate front and back office environments

Experience and evidence of identifying and delivering significant process efficiencies

Analysis and documentation of processes and training materials to support service improvements

Has successfully delivered change initiatives that affected a range of stakeholders
-
Experience of working in a project environment

Experience of process improvements and resulting efficiencies in a local government setting
