Interim HR / ER Consultant
3 months
We have a 3 months interim HR/ ER Consultant opportunity. It will be a 3 month initial role which is reviewed with the possibility of up to 6 months.
The brief is to;
- Advise and guide managers on sickness absence management process (WAP and stress RA) and referrals to Occupational Health, maintaining a log of referrals and follow ups.
- Support managers on next steps of sickness procedure, report outcomes
- Identify any capability issues and refer to relevant Advisor or Business Partner
- Advise guide and assist managers on sickness absence, performance management, probation reviews and any other employee relation matters from start to conclusion for cases which are less complex and escalate any complex issues or potential risks to relevant HR Business Partner/Advisor.
- Analyse workforce data on sickness absence and identify potential trends, areas of concern and liaise with Wellbeing Manager regarding trends so that the HRBP and Wellbeing Manager can identify solutions for managers.
We are looking for someone who is a minimum CIPD level 5 with strong ER experience in particular for managing sickness absence and Occupational Health referrals, good with analysing data.
